Long before Singapore became the city we recognise today, it was known as Temasek — an island by the sea where travellers, merchants and families crossed paths. Over generations the island changed: forests became neighbourhoods, boats became aeroplanes, small settlements became towers of glass and steel. But something remained. Every place began collecting the feelings of the people who passed through it, and from those feelings six little lions were born. Tesa remembers where we came from.
