FATELAB permanent retail booth inside a Suzhou garden pavilion

Developed in close collaboration with the Humble Administrator's Garden (拙政园) — a UNESCO World Heritage classical garden — Garden Guardians is a blind-box series of five collectible characters plus one hidden mystery edition, each inspired by the garden's landscape, architecture and cultural symbolism. The launch established a permanent retail booth inside the official garden gift shop, has sold more than 3,000 units to date, and was featured on Suzhou television, local newspapers and digital media, with official brochures distributed throughout the attraction.
