Six friends collecting the moments that happen around the table
Singapore has always been a place where people meet over food — different languages, different cultures, but always the same greeting: "Hi! Have you eaten?" Over generations, hawker centres became part of everyday life: breakfast before work, lunch with colleagues, family dinners, late-night suppers and the stalls people return to for years. The Makan Memories grew out of this world. Together they travel through Singapore collecting what they call Makan Memories — because people rarely remember only the food. They remember Mum ordering too much, Grandpa's favourite stall, the first meal after coming home, and the last "paiseh piece" nobody wants to claim.

Bold, dramatic and always hungry. Chilli Crab turns everything into an event and somehow gets the whole table involved. He loves attention, laughs the loudest and has absolutely no concept of "too much." Confident · Chaotic · Generous · Expressive. Weakness: gets carried away easily.

Warm, affectionate and naturally caring. Lakssy is the friend you look for after a horrible day because she'll feed you first and ask questions later. Caring · Soft · Dependable · Affectionate. Weakness: worries about everyone except herself.

Easygoing, friendly and capable of talking to absolutely anyone. Just like everything wrapped inside a popiah, he believes different personalities are better together. Friendly · Optimistic · Sociable · Adaptable. Weakness: terrible FOMO.
